Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 35 pounds.
Pet deposit is $300 ($150 refundable/$150 non-refundable).
Monthly pet rent of $30 will be charged per pet.
